While we are very sad to say Larry passed away on February 10th, we are also happy to say that he had his little dog at his side and spent two active years in his house and garden because of your support.
On Larry’s and Pappy’s behalves we thank you for your acts of kindness.
Holy cow! We love all the support that has come in to help our veteran Larry! We didn’t make our full goal on the eve of the deadline, but whatever happens tonight, DryLand is not going to let Larry lose his home.
We’ll cover whatever additional funds are needed to make sure Larry’s house is saved tomorrow, September 23rd. We’ve got this.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed, everyone who may still contribute, and especially to the puppy, Pappy, who certainly knows how to make you feel appreciated just for showing up!

Our Veteran Friend is doing much better! He has an appointment at the VA to have his eyes looked at, his backyard has been tended to, and his house has gotten a thorough cleaning! He’s feeling much better, and even a little hopeful about his home.
